Homophrenia is a mental illness of all Gays and is a form of dementia (a group of psycho-internally [that is, within a person] unstoppable [by the person with the symptoms] thinking and social symptoms that interferes with daily functioning).  This interference takes a range of forms; for example, from desiring to have sex with a person of the same gender to having sex with a person of the same gender.  The key feature of homophrenia is lack of a faculty of moral judgment.  For example:

A man sees another man then desires to have sex with that other man and sees no harm and no evil in the idea of having sex with that other man.

Note that if severe symptoms (like having sex with another person of the same gender) are psycho-internally (that is, within a person) stoppable (by the person with the severe symptoms) then the person is not suffering from severe homophrenia.  In this case, if extreme acts, like having sex with another person of the same gender, are committed, the homophrenic person is also a wicked, vile human being.
